Day 1 : Casablanca – Fes :
Pick up and transfer to Fes, the cultural capital of Morocco.
Day 2 : Fez- Fes :
A day of discovery of the city of Fes, cultural capital and the oldest of the country’s Imperial Cities, which for centuries was the cultural and religious center of the western Islamic world, and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Its labyrinthine streets are lined with potters’ guilds, dyers, etc., and the hustle and bustle of its people will take you back centuries, as it is a medieval city that endures over time, 1200 years after its foundation: Medersas (Koranic schools): Chahrij, Bouinania Attarin. Souks, Fes El-Jedid, the Karaouine Mosque, lunch in a typical restaurant of the Medina and afternoon free. Accommodation in Hotel or Riad.
Day 3 : Fes – The Dunes of Merzouga :
Departure by road to the beautiful dunes of Merzouga, passing by Ifran known as “the Moroccan Switzerland”. We will stop to visit the Cedar forest in Azrou and see the monkeys climbing the cedars. Then we will follow the route and cross the soft mountains of the Middle Atlas, passing by Midelt and the river Ziz and stop to take pictures of the impressive panoramic views over the gorges of this river. We continue to the town of Erfoud famous for the fossils that are extracted from the rocks. Arrival to the dunes of “Erg Chebbi” in Merzouga, where we can feel the peace and tranquility of the desert to ride camels while enjoying the sunset in the desert. Unforgettable night in the middle of the desert. Dinner and overnight in Haima Berber.
Day 4 : Merzouga- Ouarzazate :
We will wake up and if the clouds allow us, we will have a chance to contemplate the beautiful spectacle of the dawn on the sea of dunes, then we will mount camels and we will return to the hostel where we will take a shower and breakfast, we will continue towards Rissani first imperial city of Morocco to visit its legendary Market the biggest in all the South of Morocco, Continuation towards Tazzarine passing by Alnif, in the middle of the basin of the Mader. We will follow the route to the famous Todra Gorges, the Dades Valley, the Valley of the Roses and the oases of Skoura. Arrival in Ouarzazate Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 5 : Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait ben Haddou-Marrakech :
Breakfast and departure to Marrakech before following the route to Marrakech we go to the ancient Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared World Heritage by UNESCO. Visit to the Kasbah where many films have been shot, such as Obelix, Babel, the Sahara, The Kingdom of Heaven, Cleopatra and Gladiator. Then we will follow the route back to Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizin Tichka pass (the highest pass in the Atlas, with an altitude of 2,260 m.) with its spectacular views we will arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon
Day 6 : Marrakech-Casablanca :
Departure in the morning to Casablanca the economic capital of Morocco. You will visit the Hassan II mosque, one of the largest mosques in the Islamic world. In the afternoon transfer to the hotel.
